2. Definitions

In these terms:

5. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

• •We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services
• •You retain intellectual property rights in content you provide to us
• •For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be stipulated in a separate service contract
• •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our written permission

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Regarding payment and subscription services:

• •You agree to pay all fees at the published prices
• •Subscription fees will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable
• •We reserve the right to adjust prices and will notify you in advance
• •Late payment may result in service suspension or termination

7. Service Termination

Regarding service termination:

• •You may stop using the services at any time
• •We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason
• •After termination, your access rights will immediately cease
• •Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution continue after termination
• •We will handle data after termination according to our Privacy Policy

8. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee that results will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree to use the services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ARVIX PTE. LTD. and its directors, employees, partners, and agents harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or infringement of others' rights.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree that Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or the services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through website announcements, email, or in-service notifications. Continued use of the services indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
